Freshly turned 40-something and in the early throes of parenthood, I’m revelling in the grand adventure that is being human on this silly and breathtakingly beautiful planet.

Earlier in life, I spent 20+ years as a culinary chef, travelling the vast wilds of Canada, plying my trade in the rock’n'roll world of high-end dining (with some time spent in low-end dining as well for good measure).
A couple of decades of that wore me out though, and a few years ago I sought out a new direction full of fresh adventures.
A burgeoning fascination (ok, it’s an addiction) with the internet led me to begin exploring its inner workings. From that was born a new career in web development and the art of marketing one’s self with these cool new media technologies.
My enchantment with the web continues to grow. I’m forever amazed with the possibilities it presents for individuals, entrepreneurs and communities to connect and share.
Now I spend my days helping folks find their way through the vast expanse of cyberspace and teach them how to use the newest tools available to share their passions and work with the world.
